Engines go through a 9-Step process:
Disassembly and Washing
Parts replacements (pistons & rings, gaskets and seals, timing chain (if applicable), water pump kit (if applicable), oil filters, and spark plug)
Heads, valves, guides, and seats checked and refreshed
Cylinders overbored to next size or sent off and replated
Crankshafts inspected - excellent or near new condition only
Transmission inspected & worn parts replaced (if applicable)
Oil pumps torn down and inspected
Hand assembled & inspected each step of the way
Each engine is tested before it is shipped
For Rebuilt Products:
Model fitment
Products go through our same rigorous inspection, parts replacement, and testing
Customer Core products can be sent in for rebuild or returned as part of a buyback program
