We are now offering a complete cylinder block kit. Get the same quality pistons and rings that PowerSportsNation uses in their rebuilds. This kit is designed specifically for the DIY (Do It Yourself) mechanic. Everything that you need to repair your cylinder block is included in one easy purchase. This kit includes a cylinder block, pistons, rings, wrist pins, circlips and a complete gasket kit. The cylinder bores are cleaned, bored and honed to the specific clearances for the pistons you receive in the kit. Ring end gaps are checked prior to shipment for proper sizing. You as the customer will need to final clean the bore with soap and water to get the level of cleanliness necessary to have a successful build. Cylinders are boxed and shelved with chemicals in the bore (honing oil) to allow for long term storage without rusting. At this point your cylinder block and pistons are ready for installation.
